From scope to result. — ASSEL GROUP
Operations

Technical control from start to finish.

Quality, engineering and technical support coordinated around your production requirements. Defined scope, shared criteria and delivery follow-up.

Project delivery

A sequence designed to maintain control.

Each stage defines what must be done, who is responsible and how the result will be verified.

01

Understand the scope

We start with the product, process and service objective. Available documentation and working conditions establish what needs checking, what technical support is required and which decisions remain with the client.

  • Product and manufacturing stage
  • Technical and quality requirements
  • Priorities and plant conditions
02

Prepare the assignment

Tasks, acceptance criteria and required records are agreed. Planning considers technical profiles, available equipment and coordination with quality, engineering and production teams.

  • Agreed instructions and criteria
  • Resources and responsibilities
  • Planning and plant integration
03

Execute and follow up

Inspection, in-process checks and technical support follow the agreed scope. Results and deviations are recorded for traceability and follow-up; decisions requiring approval are referred to the appropriate client representative.

  • Work and results recorded
  • Open actions monitored
  • Communication with responsible teams
04

Verify and document

Close-out compares completed work with the defined criteria. Completed and outstanding actions are identified, and the information is organised so the client can assess results and next steps.

  • Results review
  • Action status
  • Conclusions and scope close-out

PLANT INTEGRATION

Technical coordination with production in mind.

The assignment must fit the client's organisation and procedures. Before work begins, contact points, access conditions, safety instructions and reporting arrangements are agreed.

Quality

Acceptance criteria, inspection, containment and non-conformity follow-up.

Engineering

Technical documentation, analysis and support for product and process requirements.

Production

Work organisation, operational priorities and coordination with plant activities.

INTERNATIONAL MOBILITY

Working at our clients’ facilities.

We deploy our teams to client facilities to deliver engineering, quality control and industrial operations services. International assignments are coordinated around project requirements, working alongside plant, quality and production teams.

  • International assignments
  • Client coordination

SERVICE DOCUMENTATION

Information that supports decisions.

Documentation is agreed for each assignment. Projects do not all require the same records: the purpose is to make the work verifiable and support operational continuity.
